Every material figure in a SolaMaxa report resolves to an immutable calculation workpaper — inputs, units, assumptions, formulas, substitutions and provenance — so a technically competent reviewer can re-derive the result without SolaMaxa source code.

Calculation assurance
Every figure knows its workpaper
Material report figures map to structured calculation workpapers: what was calculated, which source data was used, which assumptions and overrides applied, the formula in human-readable form, the actual values substituted, each material intermediate result, and how the result ties to the report. Workpapers are immutable and hash-verified — and the report-issuing gate refuses to issue a final report until its figures are mapped.
Independent checking
Re-performable calculations, by design
Detailed-PV workpapers carry interval-level evidence: the complete per-interval values the engine used, the visible coefficients, a worked manual re-performance example, and a reconciliation from interval to monthly to annual with declared tolerances. The intent: a technically competent reviewer can reproduce material results from the workpaper alone — without access to SolaMaxa source code.
Versioned methodology
Material formulas and methodologies carry stable identifiers and versions; historical versions are immutable, and reports reference the exact versions they used.
Visible assumptions
Defaults live in a versioned register with source and rationale; user overrides are stored with a reason. No magic constants hiding in an engine.
Report reconciliation
Every displayed figure is tied to its workpaper step with a declared presentation rule — a rounding difference is labelled as rounding, never presented as physics.
