SolaMaxa is in active development. This website describes the platform, its intended capabilities, and how early access works. It is not an offer to sell software, a statement of fixed pricing, and not a commitment to specific deliverables or timelines.
Accuracy
We keep this site accurate as far as we reasonably can. Where a capability is in development, we state that. If you find an inaccuracy, tell us — we'd rather correct it than have you act on something wrong.
Early access
Early access is granted case by case, based on fit with what we're building. Receiving early access does not, by itself, create a commercial agreement; any actual engagement is governed by a separate agreement or work order between the parties.
Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolaMaxa is not liable for loss arising from the use of this website's descriptions, or from reliance on them, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Changes
We may update this page as the project and the legal situation evolve. Continued use of the site after a change implies acceptance of the terms in force at that time.
